Food, coffee, milk and packaging together: 34 to 42% of sales under $250k turnover, 35 to 41% from $250k to $600k, and 33 to 38% over $600k.
Up to 17% of sales under $250k turnover, 14% from $250k to $600k, and 10% over $600k. Above that, rent is squeezing your profit.
